You said that everyone who applied got an email? I can't find one at either of my addresses, is it possible that there was a typo in the one I sent you? Or that you forgot to send me one?

Even if you didn't get an email, it's most likely you were unfortunate if your name isn't listed on the OP.

True enough, this thread is already turning into a drama thread with certain players complaining about why they weren't chosen and players finding holes in sentences on purpose.
    Let's all just stop.

Yeah, aha I realised I hadn't got in; was just wondering whether an email had been attempted to be sent to me.

So we should stop pursuing an impossible task, even if its our dream? That doesn't sound right. No offense Collin, but everything is possible. Like people thought going into space was impossible, but we did it. I think no madder how hard the task, you should never give up.

Not everything is possible. You can't grow wings, fly across the entire universe in a second and come back with 10 million dollars. If something is impossible, then you should tell them that, but in a nice, kind way to prevent them from feeling bad, trying to stir their mind to doing something that is possible to do.

Actually all those things are possible, genetic mutation for the wings. Once technology is developed to go 10 times the speed of light, which is actually possible. Then its possible that someones gives you 10 million dollars for the genetic wing mutation and or the thing that flies across the entire universe.

It would be possible if we had FTL drives, matter converters, and the ability to properly mutate human DNA to the state that we grew wings. It's currently impossible, but if humanity survives it stupidity for next couple of decades this might be possible.

But I do agree with you, if someone is going to try to do something impossible you should tell them because it can only end badly.

If someone dreamed to accomplish an impossible task, I would tell them not to waste their energy. An impossible task is not able to occur, exist or be done, therefore there is no point in trying. You took the question as "What would you say to someone that dreamed to accomish an unlikely task?" In this scenario, the task has a small chance of getting accomplished. For this question encouraging the person would be risky but possibly beneficial in the long run. If the task is impossible though, kiss your dreams behind.

10 tens the speed light to go across the universe in a second? Are you stuck on stupid? The universe is constantly expanding, and 10 tens the speed of light would do little to help you catch up to the universe. Also, Kyleep said "and come back with" not come back and received 10 million.
