Laptop wont turn on.

    Pretty much the same thing happened to me, here's the story and what I did.

    I was resetting my computer to default factory settings, at 3-5%ish I had a power cut and my battery died later on, I tried to boot it up and it came up with that. ctrl + alt + del looped the same process.

    As the hardrive was a slow potato and I had a spare SSD (solid state disk) from my broken school laptop, I replaced it, with another computer I used my Windows 7 Educational copy provided for school software.

    The process took 2 days.

    If your hardrive is damaged, you'll need to get a new one and install a OS on it.

    If your OS is corrupt, you'll need to wipe the drive and reinstall another one.

    For help installing an OS or switching around part in your PC, you'll need to search that stuff up, depending on your computer model or OS which you want.
