I hear what you are saying. Advertising in the way that you are speaking is usually done by botting and spamming. It's my opinion that they wouldn't wait the 30 days and come back. While I hate advertising I feel like a 30 day ban is fair.

I would rather reserve permanent bans for repeat offenders and extreme cases.

What do you consider as an extreme case?
