The kits won't come back as long as they are against the EULA. The staff members are trying to come up with a way to fix this issue as we speak. They might add perks that aren't paid or something along the lines of that.
the EULA was instrumented by Mojang, obviously the company that owns minecraft, but they only added it when it was bought by Microsoft. So really, Microsoft added the EULA. They did all this because they also came out with a new system called Realms.
They wanted people to stop playing other people's free to play servers, and start paying and playing their new game. They did this by limiting almost everything, and totally blocking all donation perks. They tried to make entire servers shut down.
