basically they're working on stuff but it's just not as glaringly apparent to us because they're largely inactive on the forums, which was the case with collin too, but we gave him a pass for some reason. my only issue is that it doesnt seem to be prioritized well; making ranks EULA compliant seemed like an obvious step one but what do i know i don't run three servers

and also that cypriotmerks left the forums because all the harassment was annoying him; which i don't understand, because why wouldn't you just address the criticism and assuage people's complaints and concerns, and offer some answers to the questions people have been asking and asking and asking??

so i change my mind again: i am a little peeved at the owners, but not because they're not doing anything. they ARE paying the bills to keep the server and forums alive, after all. they could be listening to us, but they just haven't made it clear that our concerns have been heard.

you should totally say all of this to cypriot o.o

and also: still not super mature that cypriot keeps deleting people who insult him. i get that it's been annoying and relentless but that is absolutely not an appropriate punishment

i had a good comment written out but it's too long. and we let collin "slide" because we had tyler as a system administrator, he did stuff like resets and fix problems when they were needed. he isn't now. that's part of the reason why everyone is so angry.
