How many hours of sleep do you get per night? Do you even go to sleep every night, or lim once a day? Do you suffer from sleep deprivation?

Don't use sleep pills they make me feel drugged and woozy, I hate them. I can't even fall asleep with them because I panic and wake up for no reason. So I only used them once.

We don't have the same issues then, @Popcorn84620. @Salty_Pretzel; depends, some nights I get 2-3, some nights I get 10; usually I sleep for at least an hour every night; yes.
