What is the need for a format when the details can be shown by a picture and a few words? As everyone keeps telling me, a picture can tell a thousand words.
Server might not be clear, the time may be needed, maybe it's not clear what your username is, or the offender's name isn't visible. Organization can speed things up.
If you're talking about the report I'm thinking about, I said it was creative, it's a plot so a time is not necessary, my name is obvious and unnecessary and their name I didn't know anyway.
