You need to be

I don't have to be helper, I mean yes it would be great and stuff, but it's not like I'm trying to be a helper or anything. If the staff doesn't want me to be helper, I'm fine with it, so that's my point of view.

But you need Helper. Your to good to not be one.

Compared to other staff, I'm not even half as good as them.
