Generally speaking, shallow horizontal cuts like those tend to be a cry for help/attention. That being said, these forums aren't really the best place for this sort of content, you may be better off to seek professional help.
I'm not asking anyone to look at my picture if you do your choice, I have changed my forum behavior sorry if I said anything rude to you that's the more appropriate picture unlike the other one.
