Let's be nice guys. Just because you don't like someone doesn't mean you have to publicly say that you don't like them. Anyway, if you were already banned for that, that wouldn't be a valid reason to re-ban you unless other something else you did was ban worthy.

I wasn't the one who banned you. You should talk to whoever did, they can give you a further explain as to why you were banned.
