Having any staff / operative job requires dedication, time, infatuation and organisation. Personally, I know you're obligated to meet and possess these 4 factors, especially when you're working on a network / job (regardless it being big, or small), and I strongly believe I have these essential factors. I know what is right or wrong, and have adapted a considerable knowledge of how to deal with players and/or situations that staff members will face when working on the server; that being said, I have learnt from my past mistakes / wrong doing on this network, and my desire is to prove that to the staff, players and forums community. It's been an awfully long time since I've seen you in-game, and I didn't realise you had returned to forums. However, having known you before I lost contact with you, I know you're an extremely capable person who's absolutely perfect for the role of helper and I doubt that has changed since then. I know that you have changed from the small immature lapse you went through and are ready to accept a helper role once more. You did quite well as a helper until shortly before your demotion. No support. Don't take it personally Brandon, but I don't think you're the type of guy to be a helper. You do posses qualities that helper requires, although from my past experiences between us you have shown that you can be quite immature. I remember once on skype you threatened me and after you were demoted you started acting a little silly. Still, I do like you as a person Brandon
As I stated in my application, that "immature lapse" was in the past. I have moved on from that. Also, I don't recall making threats, etc, and I haven't spoken to you in a very long time.
I know, this threat was quite a while ago and I'd rather not go into detail about it unless you really want to pm me. I do admit you were quite immature, but I have noticed you changing. I disagree, I think his application is very detailed. He's been honest about his past actions and I think it's fair to give him second chance, only critisism is that he didn't really state the main strengths he had such as moderating chat, doing the technical work ect.
