Well, I do not have and have not played the new-gen consoles. However, Xbox 360 to me easily beats PlayStation 3. Why? I absolutely can not stand PlayStation controllers. Nuff said. Plus almost everyone in my area uses Xbox 360, so there are always friends to play with.
Play station because the controller joysticks are domed outward rather than inward, I feel like I have mastery over the controller because it is small. XBox controllers lag more than ps3 controllers. PS3 is easier to use. Whats your PSN?
I prefer Xbox. Everyone I know owns an Xbox, no one owns a Playstation. I feel like my data is slightly more secure with Xbox also. The controllers are much more ergonomically designed so they fit in my hands better, Playstation controllers are so tiny that my thumbs go past the joysticks. Also, I like the social gaming on Xbox better, I'm not sure how/if voice chat parties across multiple games work on Playstation.
I used to own a Playstation. It was eh. I much prefer Xbox's. I really like the Xbox One, it has a cool layout. I would like to see what the Playstation 4 is all about though.
I prefer Playstation. I find the Xbox controllers too bulky, probably because I'm just used to the Playstation controller which is smaller.
I don't get it I went over to my friends house and it had a tiny controller but my controller is bigger and fits my hand
All you guys, have your own opinions. For me I support PlayStation consoles. Reasons for that is, I generally think PlayStation on all in all has better graphics then Xbox 1, is better gaming wise... in my opinion. Edit: New PlayStation controllers for PlayStation 4 are bigger than Xbox 1.
PC > all Xbox and PS are locked at around 30-45fps, where most PCs built around the price range of those consoles can easily get 60+. Xbox and PS graphics quality is the equivalent to Low or Medium on PC Xbox and PS resolution is 720p or 900p, where PC can go up to 4k (and higher... woop woop!) PC has thousands of games and exclusives, way more than Xbox and PS. Online gameplay is free. Constant sales (I just got Fallout 3 for $4.00 the other day) Emulators to play Wii games, Gamecube games, NES, SNES, N64, PS1, PS2, etc. games (PS3 emulator is in development but it's going to be a while until final release) Mods!!!! Skyrim is insane with some of the graphics and gameplay mods. For the price of an Xbox One or PS4 you could build an awesome PC that can easily run games at 1080p/60fps. Don't buy a prebuilt computer, build one. pc master race
PS all the way baby! XBox sucks, the controllers are horrible & hard to use, the layout & colours look like puke (literally) & play station has MUCH better graphics...
