So we now have over 100 power and allot of members and allies. But the question is will it be successful? We have a large obsidian base with over 8 claims to protect the border inside and outside. A staff base is currently under construction which me and my staff members will be working massively on. This base will be fitted with redstone contraptions. Enchantment tables, brewing stands. After that I will build my vault which will be made down a massive tunnel. This tunnel is a 2x2 tunnel which leads from one area straight to the staff base and from inside there my vault will be created and /f ownered. Lol no it won't. If you need a recruitment thread, you don't have trusted members. Someone will raid you. One of those people could be me on an alt, you never know! gg
Honestly having a small elite faction that never really grows isn't as good as a huge one full of noobs (In my opinion). However I already think you guys are quite successful already
I tried the noob thing. It's too many people to keep track of, especially if someone loses power. I find elite factions much better.
If you can manage a large amount of people I would do it, you not only get tons of power and bases you also have hundreds of minions at your feet. Having a large noob faction also allows you to make much more friends and become much more well known than a small elite faction.
On the contrary you can have dozens of people go negative since the majority of your players have high power, sure you may never get higher than 50% of your full power, but if that is 2000 power what's the problem?
I have a small elite faction and it's the best on the server so, they're better. Lots of noobs can easily raid you. It's just stupid, you obviously don't know factions well.
