Hi. Over the past month there have been a couple ways to make "unraidable" chests on Prison. The most popular way was this way. This is the way that I personally make my chests. I have not seen any of them get blown up, but then I started seeing "OP" people of Prison start making their chests like this. I want to know if the first way is raidable, and if I should convert my chest method to the new way. Hopefully, some active players of Prison can give me some advice. @Im_Orange @GoldenRodHero @shouldabinblack ?? Thanks!
When you stack the chests on top of eachother like that, it allows people to glitch the creeper inside the chest-blocks so that water is not touching it. This way, when it explodes it will still break the chests because it is dry inside the chest-blocks.
So which one would be harder to raid? Like if it was only one person raiding instead of a group, which would be harder to raid?
@JPCVx, I'd like to inform you every chest on Minetime is raidable. I'm only speaking of the ones that people currently have knowledge of and that have used the layout. I'm still currently trying to figure out how to make them raidable. I've got a few ideas but I haven't tested it yet. Plus, remember never use lava to cover chests. The person that has the items will lose the items, and the raider will still get a hold of those items. JPCVx we could talk about some ideas confidentially when you would like to.
Thanks for the awesome response! I've changed my chest layout to the current one you have in your base and the one that I saw in MinecraftJ3rk's video. One day if you figure out a perfectly un-raidable chest method, I'd be glad to chat!
U can make an unreadable chest by making a obby cure 8x8 fill it with water chest in the middle iron bars on top so no vclipping in then when u wish to use the chest break the obby and your good to go.
Thats true but if your a crazy person u can make a 20 layer obby hole put a chest in it then put another 20 layers of obby on top XD
There are no unraidable chests. It is just the difference, between obby and water chest, verses random floating chest
