Neutral. This is an average application and requires more detail, time and effort put into it. I do realise that you are a player that played on this server for years and that is very useful when it comes to this position as it helps you know your way around the server. The part that makes me mostly neutral about this whole application is that you have been inactive for quite a while, you might want to get yourself back into the community, chill for a bit and then later apply, because it seems you're trying to apply prematurely.
