Yes, but for Oscars and Grammys it's easy to be knowledgeable on the subjects. It's not like people have seen every single person on the server, or pay attention to who has changed. Some things like best server, and best profile pic are okay in my opinion, but like best staff or nicest staff are kind of lop sided. I doubt some people have talked to every staff member to see who's nicest or best. Idk, again it's just my opinion, but I'd say most people named are going to be nominated by friends or because they're popular..
