    No it's not...
    You think Sphax is just a bunch of copied images from Google? It's not.
    What you're (or whoever made the video) is doing is just stealing images and other people's work and putting them into a texture pack and taking credit for it. This is arguably plagiarism...

    R3DCraft, Sphax, LB Photo Realism, Faithful, JoliCraft, etc.
    The only people I see ripping textures is the "PVP texture pack" 'creators', which is a whole other story.
