I'm also pretty sure you need payment proof. Anyone can say they were Timeless and they "Didn't save there receipt" and they wanted it transferred. I got a rank transfer not to long ago and had to show proof of payment.
I know you were talking to me about this ingame earlier in the day, but you probably should have done this earlier. Anyways, you didn't provide any information that is actually needed for the transfer beside your username. How about the name of the old account and proof that you owned that account?
