    Prison should reset to keep up. Most servers reset their game modes every 3-5 months, it's been a year for prison.

    Reset prison but have all cells rented and at random times unrent cells without telling anyone to see who gets them.

    Why should people have cells then? store p4 in them and they will be unrented.
