I think getting more staff should be Collins first or second priority. There are only 15 staff members, and only four are active.

Collin had already created a thread that talks about basically everything you said. It's funny, his post was from Sunday and yours was from Monday. I'd suggest to check out the main page once in awhile.

Also, anything regarding staff positions, any incoming staff are being hand-picked. So, don't try to ask. It'll only lower your chances.
