He is just that guy out there to annoy everyone. @hasan moetakef could you please turn down the bad ratings you give out, you are starting to turn out like @cguay2013. Thanks. Also reading your posts you do not have the best grammar, you do not use the basic CAPITALS and full stops '.'. It is not abusing if he is rating them appropriately to your mistakes but it still is not nice to point it out.

I agree he could be given bad grammar ratings but seriously. Rating someone who's first language isn't even English with bad grammar on every post?
