   Dittoa speed hacks in pvp.
   
   Me and Ponthemilla both 1v1'd him and he speed hacked on both.
   
   Did he speed hack when 1v1ing anybody else?

   "Hacking" is allowed as long as it doesn't harm the server. We do have NoCheat+ in place, however, this doesn't mean some client can't bypass it.
