I started playing on my own island and messed it up so I reset it. I joined my friend's island and started doing challenges. I realised we needed 16 soul sand each for the Pioneer challenge and we didn't have enough to complete the challenge. I left the island and tried to do the challenges for myself (so then I'd get my own nether island with enough soul sand). My problem is that I no longer have an island. I tried doing /is, /is cp and selecting to teleport back to my island, /is go etc. and it says I don't have an island. I tried to do /is coop with my friend's island but I can't even do that because I don't have an island. It's most likely because I had reset the island previously, but there's now no island at all.
