It's only a 5 minute mute. Saying 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 gets you muted because the console thinks you are advertising a website. Just do /seen <your player name> to see how long you are muted for.
The mute system thought you were advertising. Don't worry, the message means nothing. You will only be muted for about 5-10 minutes.

Strings of numbers can often appear to be an IP address to the server's chat filter. Thus, when said, you will get kicked for advertising and muted for a few minutes. To avoid this, do not say anything that resembles an IP or web address.
