Hi I am reporting Spencerrules2013 for scamming me, he said he would get me [Admin] if I gave him 164 Super Golden Apples on PvP Fest and he never got me the rank. I have legitimate proof of a screenshot of him admitting to scamming me. I know Collin said scamming is allowed but he also said unless it had to do with a rank. This completely and totally has to do with a rank.
Scamming is allowed, the only scamming that ISN'T allowed is where you buy someone a rank ex: I buy oscartoby Timeless, but he doesn't give me the 1 billion in prison. (I don't know I judt made this up)

Seems like this is saying that scamming for ranks is allowed. Said you shouldn't but it's still done. Not sure what the last sentence means though.
To put this in the best way: Scamming is allowed (but not encouraged) whether or not it involves ranks. The only time it is NOT allowed is when you purchase a rank DIRECTLY form minetime itself (supervised by collin/emily)
