Rank fixing in survival games

    Currently in survival games my rank which is timeless is not there it shows me as a default player. At your nearest convenience I would like this fixed thank you.

    Survival games is currently in beta mode at the moment so not all features are implemented. Once it is brought out of beta all kits and features will be implemented.
    There is nothing that can be done right now sorry :)

    Email Emily or make a support ticket for this. It is a known little bug that happened to a lot of users. If you have a proof of your purchase, she can fix it :) She did it for me a little while back.
