Questions about freeworld(factions mainly)

    Ok so i'm just a bit confused on the land/power/maxpower stuff. So i know that you lose 4 power when you die and you have a max power of 10 and your minimum power can be -10. So when can other fac's claim other fac's territory? Is it when their land exceeds their current power? So when I do /f show if the land is higher than the power does that mean my land can be claimed?
