I think there should be a @staff tag. It should tag the highest-ranking staff on forums at that moment, so you wouldn't need to look at the Forums home every time. Every single time I need to/want to tag a staff member I need to see which staff members are online, so I think this would be a good idea.
Maybe something like @helper or @Mod (@Moderator is already taken) if you want to get their attention but @staff for the owners might just be another way to spam them
We already have issues with users tagging staff members when they probably shouldn't. This definitely wouldn't help that issue.
This would just give members the ability to easily pester staff members over silly things, a staff member will view whatever thread you need them to view without you needing to tag them. It may not be the staff member you directly prefer, but at least one of them will.
I highly disagree, the only "staff" that notice anything are retired...Good bunch you have Collin...Oh and who are all of these staff members?!? Did something happen while I wasn't here? And I have an idea...The staff should be able too tick/change something when they want too, which changes their availability. When a staff member is available it should tag them. Sorry if I sound 'mean' but I had to say the truth...Like the staff atm have done nothing to help players...Just simply there to look good (They don't look good)
Our staff are extremely efficient at helping players and responding to threads asking for help. There are a few threads here and there that slip past our view and some that are just too hard to understand or downright silly but, other than that we are pretty ok. If you want to see which staff are online it shows it on the home page and if you really need help with something you can simply DM them.
