Hello there, today I'd like to start a petition on whether we should get a new Skyblock spawn. As most of us know, several months ago Skyblock was announced that it will reset. We all expected a new spawn. When we logged on for the first time (after the reset) the majority of us were disappointed that there was no new spawn. So I've decided to start a petition for several reasons. 1. A new shop, including more items. 2. A sell shop to sell things cheap (e.g. Diamonds for $3.75). 3. A new PvP arena, to be honest the current one is a bit ''plain''. 4. A new look, who doesn't like a new look? I understand for a new spawn, Collin might have to reset the server. If this would happen my vote would go for ''No'' but this is not about reseting the server, it's about getting a new spawn. Please comment any suggestions or comments down below. -Thank you, Stooner.
I can agree with you that the Skyblock spawn needs upgrading, but we've had that spawn for a long time now, and I don't think it will be changed any time soon, as Skyblock was just reset a few months ago. Maybe Collin could get the Build Team to build something for the next reset, which will be in a long time.
Hi, Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think I'd ever want to change Skyblock's spawn. It is the oldest (hence also the most sentimental) part of Minetime and I hand-made it myself years ago. It's definitely not the greatest or most intricate spawn out there, but honestly it isn't half bad if I do say so myself.
@CollinPotato can you at least make a shop for farmable items like wheat, carrot, potato, and cobblestone, among others, where we could sell our farmed items? After you figure out the prices, it should not take very long to build the shop(use the empty space in /warp emilyshop) and get it ready
I like this spawn. It's not too big and it's simple. You don't have to sprint so far to get to the shop and the pvp arena is close by. I personally like it, but hey everyone's got opinions.
A sell shop could always be added to /warp emilyshop right? There is plenty of room on the second floor...
I was thinking a spawn with more detail, this would give the BuildTeam something to do and make Skyblock cooler. I do agree that the spawn is good because it's small and simple. That'd be brilliant! @CollinPotato , at /warp EmilyShop I can't see because of the ''bedrock fog'' could you prevent this by happening by moving the shop up a few blocks?
I think, personally, that the Skyblock spawn has been used in a few other popular Skyblock servers. So I think that you should keep the spawn, it's very original and neat. But an upgrade of Emily's shop wouldn't hurt.
2002goblue22 (2002goblue forum name) Is saying to me that CollinPotato didn't build the skyblock spawn, and he copied it from some place else (he said the spawn was also from another server, not saying the IP) but I don't know that for sure that's just what he claims.

Collin is not the type of person to lie to players about things such as where the spawn is from. He built it, others copied.
