    is there way to buid your base in minetime prison

    Once you are Freeman+, you can go to the free world, and build your base there.

    Yes, you have to get freeman and go to the free world. Then do /f claim to claim some land, and then build your base.

    There is a portal in the spawn that freeman+ can use to get to the free world, just walk into the water and it brings you there.
