I'm sorry for the lag but no one will refund your items. You'll just need to carry on. Sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you.
You cannot get your items back, but I always combine my /kit admin for p4 if you have the admin rank. Play Mob Arena to get diamonds and exp bottles to enchant some more armor.
