I bought enhanced in pvpfeast but when i come to infection i was not enhanced plz help D: (I have a screenshot) : I bought the premium 400$ (Ingame) But when i paid 10$ (Real) I became enhanced (Its normal if when i write its orange) and i have the enhanced kit but I'm enhanced not in infection (Screenshot)
Hi there, Are you enhanced donator? If no, I might found what is wrong. You can win ranks, on PVPFest, between premium and VIP ranks. Thoses ranks are "fake" ranks that don't follow you on the others servers. Well in other words, the rank stay in PvPFest. If you donated, I'd suggest to email [email protected]. As stated above by @Mr_Void25 , you could sumbit a new support ticket if you were a member or higher. You can earn thoses forums ranks by posting messages. So try to email emily as you aren't member or higher. Hope this helped.
