I can't do /seen

    today I logged on and whenever I do /seen on my friends it says null

    This has been a problem for awhile; it usually only works if the player is online or has been offline for like an hour or something.

    When I got on, I could so /seen but only on their current IGN, which in the past, you could do it for all of their pre existing IGNs. Use accurate caps, and make sure to use their current user.
