When I have been searching through the forums I have been seeing lots of people getting 'trapped' and not being able to type or do anything. I got stuck in that exact same situation but instead of posting a forum I figured a way to get out of it. Do control-alt-delete which will bring up a list of things. Click on 'start task manager' and it will bring up the task manager. click on Applications then hit 'end process'.If that doesn't work click on Processes then click on javaw.exe and hit 'end process'. Then close the task manager and open minecraft up again. Go back on minetime-creative and you should be able to type now. Type /plotme home and you will be back to your plot again safe and sound.
