Empires are just like any other server map, things will always spawn like they naturally do. Soon, I believe you will be able to set it so they don't in the server properties.
i oped someone on my friends empire and he banned me his gin is Titan_sam and the empire is axeman513 i just want you to unbar me and ban him or at least deop him
Everything on your/anyone else's Empire is your/their business. Get your friend to unban you (/pardon [name]) and ban the other person. It's your server, and it's your responsibility. Also, post a thread in "Help from Staff".
