help please

    As I have posted before when i try to log in it tells me that there is an internal exception. I am using the mc.minetime.com. I am not using a client. Please i am begging for help, I have paid money for a ranks and cannot access minetime. I created a plot that i absolutely love, I need to get back on.

    Its called by rank. Not donate and earn rank. Donating is completely different from what I did. Trust me I read over every little detail.

    We didn't buy through there. Where we bought it it didn't say this is a donation that gives you this. Not to mention it said "buy" not "donate".

    I Have more experience than you on minetime, it is donating, and that is why you cannot chargeback
    also do not double post or create multiple threads addressing the same issue

    This is not an issue on Minetime's end, there is nothing we can do about this. Have you tried restarting your router?

    Also, it is a donation.
