This is very irritating and I feel sorry for the new people that click on it but realistically how many people actually visit his shop? i do not think it will make a major impact on anyone so just warn some people if you see them I am sure that he is just a poor kid who cant be legit and play Skyblock!

Well, signs that have multiple B's like: B5 B0 B0. You would think the item you are purchasing is only around 5$ or so. Actually, how chest shops work, it ignores 2 of the B's and makes it so the item you are buying is $500. This is a very common scam people use in their shops. Just make sure not to fall for it!
