I recommend a Fire Tablet 7" from Amazon. They're $50 USD so it will probably be 45 Euros. For a price that low on a tablet you get so much out of it, it's pretty cool too!

Okay then, I suggest a Ugee EX07 Graphics Tablet that is compatible via USB. It's bigger than most graphic tablets out there, so I suggest this one highly. The tablet comes with a pen holder and the pen itself. All this for $55 USD which is around 50 euros for you, it's not bad and what you get for this price, it's totally worth it!
