i think MineTime factions would be better if they had heads when you kill some one you get there head i dont now why they dont have that.
This is a plugin, there may be more than one but the one I know is 'PlayerHeads.' It allows players to spawn in their own head, or others. This could be a good idea, though it may make the server more laggy.
