This is in the wrong section, as well as you're tagging staff. Tagging staff is a very inefficient way of contacting one, instead you could private message one of them. This bug was fixed on Factions less than two weeks ago, and I am sure it could be fixed on Prison as well. Just wait patiently, and it should be fixed soon.
