I'll keep it short, he's d***ing people again, he recently just did it to me and iJoell. NOTE; He is on his friends account that's named 654321nic, and Nic has stated that he asked James (irl name is Harry) to dd.os iJoell. Proof he's on 654321nic; Proof he's ddo.sed iJoell; If anything can be done about this, please reply. This has to stop, there's too many of this dd**ing for unnecessary things. EDIT 1; After I told Nic I posted a thread, he then tries to threaten me?! Proof under; More proof!; (Changed his IP most likely). Even more!; (He's being quite rude ever since I posted the thread). More, more, more!; (Still being rude -.-)
There will not be a ban. If you read what she says nic never threatened to ddos or even implied it. Secondly 654321james was banned for spam, not ddos threats. And finally 654321james and 654321nic are two totally different people; even if they were the same person it wouldn't matter. You are allowed to get a new account and join minetime again if you are banned (Unless your punishment was severe and the staff ip ban you).
So why does Nic state that he asked James (Harry) to ddos iJoell? You don't usually lie with ddos's do you?
But no where in the proof does it say he will do anything that breaks the rules. Even though he talks about buying someone a rank then filing a chargeback, he would never do it. You can clearly tell he is joking. I don't think this warrants a ban.
He's however asked his friend who also sharing his account to ddos. It counts as Harry ddosing under a different name?
