Activity I am a very active player on both forums and in-game. I Switch between servers every now and then. As stated below, I can spend lots of time on minetime too. Maturity I Believe maturity is a key thing when it comes to becoming staff. If an immature helper were to handle situations, it would be more biased and less professional. However, all of our staff are indeed mature, and that's what helps our community stay under control. I know I have previously not been the smartest, but like everyone, I make mistakes, and I've learned from it. I've been more mature since then and I know how to handle situations better Skills I have previously been a moderator and am currently an admin on a smaller server. I Know the basic commands and actions needed for certain situations. I Know how to react to certain situations well, and warn players that are on the line of breaking a rule. As it is now, I have seen quite a few players on that line, and as a helper, I'd push them back to safety. Many players slip through the rules very easily when a staff member is not online. I Would be able to prevent that and make sure players follow rules. It's not fun for the other players that get affected by these rule breakers. I Want to help minimize the amount of them as much as possible. I Understand the necessary punishments to give out to the players that have broken these rules. Helpful Helpers, hence the name, not only need to moderate, but also help those who have a question or require assistance. If I see someone that needs help, or has a question, I'll tell them the solution or answer in a private message. I always feel guilty if I ignore someone who needs help and doesn't know what to do. I always get a positive feeling when I help people, and sometimes I gain friends through that. Helping players is something I enjoy, and I may be able to help more as a Helper. Respectful and equality Players should not be treated differently if they have a different skin colour, different eye colour, different country, different religion, different race. I Respect you . However, sadly there are some disgusting players who think something like that makes a person lower than them. These players are what makes some people in the community have low self-esteem and no one should feel like that. This kind of behaviour disgusts me and as a helper, I would like to stop as much of it as I can. Everyone is equal and deserves to be respected. Knowledgeable I Know a lot about the server, rules, players and game servers. If people have a question, I can almost always give an answer - helper or not . I Have experience in different fields, i.e: General server rules, and server specific rules. I Can also help with non-server related topics, such as modified clients and forums. Servers I Play servers that staff and helpers generally don't play on (i.e. sky wars, infection, skyblock). These servers generally have more rule breakers, and I will help to stop that.
