In the Official Forum Rules, rule #9 clearly states: Rate posts appropriately (don't abuse the rating system). This, my friends, is a clear violation of that rule by @tacticturtle : In a span of just 15 minutes, he tracked down all my recent posts to abuse the rating system. Given that possibly a FEW deserve a "dislike" or a "dumb," the intention of Tactic in this case is clearly malicious. @drtshock @Megan Kindly check my posts which he rated to see if ALL of them warrant such negative ratings. It's fine with me if no action will be taken against this player (after all, he IS a #GhostArmy). The main purpose of this thread is to inform other players that if you are ever harassed by TacticTurtle, remember, you are not alone.
I totally understand. But it was the manner by which those seven ratings were given IN SUCCESSION that, I feel, is malicious.

I'm 12. Also, I believe that it is my right to "rate you bad grammar," as I am giving said rating to a post that displays bad grammar.
I had good reasons for rating your posts. They were ignorant, rude, and disrespectful; mostly targeted towards me. "Disagree" is neutral. @daelwolf lock this please.
You are correct. @hasan moetakef also routinely abuses the rating system. However, I've chosen to simply ignore him and not report him out of the pity I feel for the poor fella after I read this: AND this:
Be careful whose grammar you correct. Remember, people who appoint themselves "grammar police" (even if they're not qualified) HATE being corrected. The point here is: The rating system is there for a reason. If it is used constructively by people like @smartguy27 then it serves its purpose. However, if it is routinely abused by people like Tactic and Hassan, that is when it becomes detrimental to this Server Forum.
It was not abuse, because I only gave that rating to posts that fit at least one criterium for the rating. I could report you, but that doesn't mean you actually did anything wrong.
Let me rate EVERY SINGLE grammar or spelling mistake anyone has ever made. Oh, wait, @smartguy27 is already doing that.
