Looking for something good for gaming and multitasking etc.

Budget is $600 can go a tiny bit over but mainly looking for something for gaming and coding. I do not need an SSD that's not necessarily important to me, don't think I'll need more than 8-16 gb of ram either. Let me know what I should get.

(Leave monitor I should also get here as ill need that can be apart from PC budget)

Are you looking to build your own computer or just buy one pre-built?

Looking to build it since that's cheaper.

Looking for any particular color scheme/looks, or just a basic closed case sort of thing?

I'm not an expert, but I have a friend who made a really nice PC a few weeks ago. He used a website called ''PC Case Gear''. Basically, it's a website with heaps of different things for your PC, such as cases, RAM and CPU's ect.

It definitely is something you have to adjust to :geek: but the screen space you get with it is crazy.

Why use that when there is pcpartpicker?
You can get windows 10 for free
Might want to invest on a semi modular power supply. Makes cable management so much easier
Unless Jawed is overclocking the cpu, he/she does not need a aftermarket cooler. Just use the stock one.
If you want you can shave of a few bucks and get the Intel Pentium G4560 cpu, it's pretty much the same as the 1300 just without hyper threading.

Here's a list I made really quick, it's a lot lower than your budget so if you want the hyper threading go with a 1300 + go with a 1050 as a graphics card
