Added the ability to buy two new ranks - Captain & General*. With Captain, you will receive Kit Captain and 1 playervault (extra storage - use /pv 1 to access). With General*, you will receive Kit General* and 3 player vaults (extra storage - use /pv 1|2|3 to access). Reworked most kits to better balance them. Increased voting reward to $30 and buffed crate items + added 90 Vote Reward. Added a stats plugin. Type /stats to view your stats, /stats <player> to view another player's stats or /ranking <value> to view the top stats on the server.
