198 is owned by OVH, I believe. Which is a great reason to block it off; VPNs, plus sometimes OVH doesn't detect outgoing spam/DoS attacks.

CloudFlare or ProxyPipe probably blocked the range. 198 appears on a lot of spam lists.

Could you get me a screenshot of the blocked page? I was able to get a hold of Collin and he's doing his best to help.

that's the thing, you can't connect to the site. On phone it says server not responding, on PC it's either a cloudflare error or never connects.

I was able to get a hold of Collin tonight and hopefully it's fixed now. So please do let me know if you are still experiencing it after 24 hours.
