Have you tried using Chrome? Or if you don't like switching browsers, you could use Gravatar. :)

I've tried chrome already as well.

Also, it doesn't even allow me to open up the tab that says I can change my profile picture.

Do you have JavaScript enabled?

I don't think so.

Minetime requires JavaScript to open things like that. I would advise enabling it.

If that doesn't work, it could be a problem with the cookies or plugins. I would double check everything and if it doesn't work, open a support ticket.

It's probably a plug in, Everything else works fine.
