Maybe you could try to cancel the payment and redo it. I apologize, I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to this type of thing.
Your payment hasn't actually gone through, you are only automatically banned if you dispute a chargeback.
I talked w the bank and they said that the merchant needs to provide the paperwork and then the transaction will go through can you notify Collin?
