Advertising is still advertising regardless of the medium. We do not allow users to target us or our players with advertisements for other servers.

Hm... I don't really agree. I was told that contacting someone via different medium other than the forums and server (i.e. email or Skype) is allowed. In other words, i'm allowed to ask you for your Skype then ask you to come on my server there. Saying i'm not allowed to ask you for your Skype because i'm "targeting you" is unlawful.

Just saying, try going on a server and shouting "Add me on skype for my server IP". It's the same principal, several staff members reported him asking for players Skypes so he could share the IP and recruit players for his server.
