This comment sums up my opinion on what people are saying. A lot of people have got lucky killing some people on the list once or twice. Most likely, they get killed by them a lot more often. (I didn't see the list) but I can guarantee that I've killed everyone on it more than once (besides some Cats members) because there's no one I've never killed, but I wouldn't say I'm better than everyone because of that. I think I'm better than a lot of people because of every time I've fought them, I've won majority albeit not all. All I have as proof of Gameworld being good is his self boasting. I've never seen him kill anyone without gapples.
In all honesty there is really no way to decide, the closest you could get is to hold a voting competition on the opinion of who would beat who.
